A BRIEF NOTE ABOUT OUR COMPANY
I take the privilege of briefing you about the profile of my business
entity which I had started in the year 1995, as a small
concern and dealt with only small scale contracts in constructions. It was such a small passage
of my starting business
career through which I had efficiently and progressively stepped into the partnership business
just after 6 years from 1995.
From the year 2001 to 2006 I was deeply involved in back to back contract works at
various
places through
partnership ventures in other companies.
By the grace of God, in the Year 2006, I could start my own
firm in
the name of M/s.SAI BALAJI
TECHNOLOGIES under my proprietor ship. Under this firm I undertook various
contracts
related
to
electrification
and got applauded by many prestigious clients in this line.
In the Year 2009 I had started a partnership firm in the name
of
M/s.SAI BALAJI INFRASTRUCTURES, having
my wife Smt. Swapna as my partner. Under this partnership, I started various Civil Contracts
also,, which were
highly praised as efficient works by our reputed clients. There were a number of esteemed
projects I undertook under my
proprietor ship as well as my partnership.
It was in the Year 2011, I launched a Private Limited Company
in the
name of M/s.”SAI BALAJI INFRA
(INDIA)
PVT LTD” (Though initially I wished to float private limited company with SAI BALAJI
TECHNOLOGIES
name, I could not do this since the non availability of this name at ROC). Now our company
is in
compliance with
all statutory requirements like PF, ESI, GST, WORKS CONTRACT TAX and we have ISO 9001-2015
CERTIFIED COMPANY applied for ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and we are fulfilling various Legal and
Constitutional requirements which a Private Limited Company ought to be followed.

company has sufficient manpower to satisfy our reputed client’s requirements.
